There's NO "I" in Team

The phrase "There is no 'I' in Team" is certainly not a lie as teamwork is constantly produced from not a single person but a group of people trying to achieve the same specific goal. As a member of this absolutely amazing team, I, Abby John, have to say that I am extremely proud of everything we have accomplished. As Covid 19 spreads more and more, it's hard for teams to meet up and get their job done, but this team has kept pushing from day one. I often think back to when we first started the group, at the time, I wouldn't have even imagined the things we have accomplished currently, and where we would be at in a matter of a few months. Without this group, I wouldn't have dreamed of getting this far in the challenge or creating a garden to decrease the surplus of water in certain areas around the community or at our school. To be honest, I would have even known about the EarthEcho Challenge in the first place. I have learned so much over these months from them, like who knew that dandelions are so pretty if you let them grow? Or that the tiny white flowers in your yard are a native plant species? I can't wait to see what we are going to accomplish next and I'm so excited to continue this project with this team. There is so much we have yet to do together, to learn together, to find together. So as the american author, Ken Blanchard once said, "None of us is as smart as all of us".

I know for a fact that this team will go far regardless of what is to happen in the future.
